Why am I being asked additional security questions after submitting my card details?
Southbank Centre is now required to ensure that additional security questions are asked during an online purchase, if your bank requires it. These additional security measures are known as MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. This will mean that after filling in your card details on southbankcentre.co.uk you may be asked additional security questions known only to you and your bank, in order to authenticate your purchase. In some cases you may be asked to register for either MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa as part of your online transaction on southbankcentre.co.uk.

Ticket Return & Exchange
Tickets can be returned for a Credit Voucher valid for a year or can be exchanged for another performance if they are received by the Ticket Office 48 hours before the performance.
This service is offered to the original purchaser of the tickets only and there is an transaction fee of £2 per ticket.
Occasionally this service may not be available.
Should duplicates tickets be needed, please call our Ticket Office on 0844 875 0073.
Duplicate tickets cannot be sent out in advance and must be collected in person up to 1 hour before a performance.
Change of Programme/Event
We will contact you if there is a major change to your chosen performance by email, letter or telephone.
Latecomers & Re-admission
To ensure that other audience members are not disturbed, latecomers admission cannot be guaranteed, although it is offered when ever possible this service may not be available.
How do I redeem a Southbank Centre gift voucher or membership voucher online?
You should select the events or membership that you wish to purchase and then enter your voucher number in the basket page (you will see a field for entering your code at the bottom of the basket page). Your amount to pay will then be adjusted accordingly and you can then go on to complete your purchase. Please note that we cannot process credit vouchers online.
