FAQs

Why am I being asked additional security questions after submitting my card details?

Southbank Centre is now required to ensure that additional security questions are asked during an online purchase, if your bank requires it. These additional security measures are known as MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. This will mean that after filling in your card details on southbankcentre.co.uk you may be asked additional security questions known only to you and your bank, in order to authenticate your purchase. In some cases you may be asked to register for either MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa as part of your online transaction on southbankcentre.co.uk.

If you find that your payment is rejected at this stage, it may be that you have mistyped your card details or your answers to the security questions. We recommend that you re-try entering your card details, ensuring that everything is correct. You can also call or Ticket Office on 0844 875 0074 (open 9am - 8pm, 7 days a week).
