Wheelchair users and people with mobility impairments
There are spaces for wheelchair users and their companions in Front stalls (row A), Rear stalls (row AA).
There are seats, which are easy to access in the stalls (row AA) for people with limited mobility.
Should be taken into the auditorium. There are seats in row AA that have additional space.
There is an Infrared system in the Auditorium. Headsets can be collected from the cloakroom.
There will be large print programmes available for some events.

Foyer bar: Accessible bar in the venue foyer, via step-free entrance to the foyer from Level 2 of Southbank Centre and ramp to/from Purcell Room seating.
Artists' bar: Accessible bar on the ground floor of the venue, via step-free route from Queen Elizabeth Hall Wheelchair seating locations.
Roof Garden: The Roof Garden is accessed via the yellow spiral stairs from the Ground Level and Level 2, outisde the venue. Step-free access is via Lift from Ground Level located near the Artists' Entrance, opposite the Hayward Gallery Car Park.
Festival Village: The entrance is on the Ground Level and is step-free, located opposite Giraffe.
The cloakroom is in the foyer.
To the right of the bar it is fitted with an inductive coupler. Tune to the 'T' setting on hearing aids.
Unisex accessible toilets are on the ground floor by the Artists' Entrance and off the foyer. There are cubicles suitable for use by ambulant disabled people within the general facilities - these are located off the foyer.
There are no toilets on the Roof Garden. Adapted toilet facilities are available in the Festival Village and accessible toilets in Royal Festival Hall.
