Patrons with limited mobility
Wheelchair users and disabled visitors who require a carer may bring a companion whose ticket is free. Unstepped access to the Hayward Gallery is the lift located in Southbank Centre Carpark - the Hayward Gallery. Blue badge holders receive a free voucher to use at Southbank Centre Car Park - the Hayward Gallery on production of a paid event ticket in the Hayward Gallery Foyer.
Guide dogs welcome.

Toilet
An accessible toilet is situated off the Hayward Gallery Foyer, as well as a baby-change facility.
