Filming & Photography | Southbank Centre
Southbank Centre offers a fantastic location for filming and photography with views of the London Eye, Westminster and along the River Thames. In addition there are a wide variety of spaces falling within our jurisdiction from urban concrete to open green field and river views.
We look after the Queen’s Walk, which runs alongside the River Thames, from The London Eye to the National Theatre. This also includes Jubilee Gardens, the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room, Hayward Gallery and surrounding walkways. See map below.
In the Loop, Last Chance Harvey, The Boat that Rocked, Primeval, BBC Sound and Spooks are among some of the films and television programmes that have been filmed recently at Southbank Centre.
All initial enquiries should be made by completing our Filming and Photography Application Form (see below) which should be returned via email to film@southbankcentre.co.uk or via post to:
