Yogabliss at Darbar Festival
Come along to stretch, bend and twist and to still your mind in these fun, dynamic classes which are done to music.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothes for practice and make sure you don't come to class with a full stomach. Bring along your mat if you prefer or use the mats provided.
Please come 15 mins early to complete a health questionnaire. Yoga can help improve your health and wellbeing, but it's important to listen to your body and work at your own level and explore your own limits. To reduce the risk of injury, never force or strain yourself and stop if you feel pain or dizziness and seek medical advice if necessary.
Classes take place at 12.30pm on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 September.
