Alison Krauss & Union Station

Alison Krauss performs these concerts at Royal Festival Hall as the climax of her national tour. She performs alongside Union Station band members Dan Tyminski (guitar, mandolin and lead vocals), Barry Bales (bass, harmony vocals), Ron Block (banjo, guitar and harmony vocals) and Jerry Douglas (dobro and harmony vocals).

Krauss's most recent triumph was Raising Sand, her fabulous collaboration with Robert Plant. She's also received plaudits for her new album Paper Airplane on Rounder, which is her first with her band Union Station since Lonely Runs Both Ways in 2004.
