Sounds From A Room: Natalie Clein Live Relay
One of Britain's most exciting artists, and described by the Times as a 'mesmerising' cellist, Natalie Clein performs a live stream of classical and contemporary music especially for Sounds from a Room.
Clein has performed with, among others, the Philharmonia Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Hallé, Montreal Symphony Orchestra, Vienna Chamber Orchestra, Orchestre de Lyon and Orquesta Filarmónica de Buenos Aires.
Having won the BBC Young Musician of the Year when she was 16, Clein has gone on to work with some of the world's most prominent conductors including Sir Charles Mackerras, Sir Mark Elder, Gennardi Rozhdestvensky and Sir Andrew Davis.
She won a Classical Brit for Young British Performer of 2005.
Her new recording with Hyperion Records of Bloch and Bruch is out in August 2012.
This performance takes place in A Room For London and streamed live online as well as in The Front Room at Queen Elizabeth Hall.
