David Fanshawe was a pioneering composer and musical explorer.

This concert celebrates and pays tribute to him and presents a complete programme of his music - orchestral works, world premieres and his iconic African Sanctus.
Promoted by the London Chorus, the concert is performed by over 400 musicians and David's closest colleagues, conducted by Jeremy Backhouse, Ronald Corp and Neville Creed.

Artists include a 300 voice choir, Southbank Sinfonia, BackBeat Percussion and solo Maureen Brathwaite.

The evening is presented by Brian Kay, with a backdrop of photographs, in what promises to be a truly memorable occasion.
