Opera straight from one of the world's greatest opera houses comes to Royal Festival Hall starring Bryn Terfel in the title role.

Wagner's celebrated story, in which The Dutchman finds redemption through the love of a faithful woman, employs a rich pallet of orchestral colour to brilliant effect, painting a vivid picture of drama on the high seas.

Welshman Bryn Terfel, 'widely acknowledged as the world's finest bass-baritone' (The Daily Mail), and the Zurich Opera House company come to Royal Festival Hall straight from performing the role at the Zurich Opera House.

Please note this is a concert performance.
