World Book Night at Southbank Centre

Celebrate World Book Night at our evening of readings, performances, music and book-giving, featuring an eclectic range of literary stars including Jon Ronson, Andrea Levy, Meg Rosoff, Elif Shafak, Lemn Sissay, Iain Banks and Mark Haddon giving a first reading from The Red House.

After readings and performances in Queen Elizabeth Hall, the evening continues on our stage in The Front Room at Queen Elizabeth Hall with spoken word, comedy, music and free cocktails in a cabaret setting.

The event draws to a close with candlelit readings on our Riverside Terrace.
