Concessions | Southbank Centre
A limited allocation of half-price tickets is available for recipients of Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support, Pension Credit, ages 16 and under, and full-time students. Tickets are sold on first-come-first-served basis, and once sold, no further tickets are available by any method of booking. Appropriate cards to be shown. Please note discounts cannot be combined.
To obtain this discount you must book tickets for each of the individual performances in a series in one transaction. If you are booking online for more than one series, you will need to book each series in separate transactions in order to receive the appropriate series discount. Alternatively, please call the Ticket Office on 0844 875 0073.
Visitors with a disability are invited to join the free Access List. By registering you may be eligible for tickets at concessionary prices, to bring a companion whose ticket is free who can assist you during your visit, to receive information in alternative formats etc. For a form visit our Access page, email access@southbankcentre.co.uk or call the Ticket Office on 0844 875 0073.
When available, standby tickets are available from two hours before the performance start time and must be booked in person. Please note: one ticket per person. Subject to availability.
Southbank Centre programmes special children's events; however other events may not be suitable for young children. Children are classified as those aged 16 and under. Babes in arms cannot be admitted to classical concerts and some other events. Please note a ticket is required for each child.
Ten or more people booking for the same event and same price band may qualify for a group discount. Rates vary across individual events and are shown where applicable. We regret that it is not possible to make Group bookings online. If you wish to make a Group booking, please telephone the Ticket Office on 0844 875 0070, Monday - Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm.
The concessions policy for the Hayward Gallery has special rates for seniors, students, groups and under 16s. Please check each individual exhibition listing for details.
