Borrowing | Southbank Centre
Works are available on long loan to museums , galleries and public buildings, including universities, libraries and local authority buildings. To enquire about the Long Loans Scheme, please contact Jill Constantine on 020 7960 5217. A site visit will then be arranged to assess whether your building fulfils the right security and environmental conditions.

Handling charges for a five year period generally range from £150-£1000 per work. This includes framing, packing, delivery, installation, labels and artist information sheets. Insurance and security are the responsibility of the borrower.
Exhibition Loans
Exhibition loan request from galleries and museum are welcome. There is generally no fee for borrowing individual works for exhibition, but the borrower will need to arrange transport and cover insurance. Formal requests in writing should be made to:

Museums and galleries wishing to borrow groups of works constituting a whole display should email the Curator of Projects, Ann Jones (ann.jones@southbankcentre.co.uk) for further information. A fee is charged for groups of loans forming entire displays.
