21st Century Light Space Modulator

21st Century Light Space Modulator is an interactive installation set to transform the space beneath Hungerford Bridge.

This exciting new collaboration from Jason Bruges Studio and Havells-Sylvania pays homage to the dynamic theatrical light props created by Laszlo Moholy-Nagy at the Bauhaus in 1930. The spectacular results are a series of evolving urban light interventions that react instinctively to their location, choreographed by activity and motion from the surrounding environment.

To mark the launch of the Modulator, you are invited to a free performance from the UK's leading South Asian dance organisation, Akademi, taking place underneath Hungerford Bridge, Southbank Centre, from 6.15pm on Thursday 18 October.
