Body Mapping Workshop

Rachel Gadsden and the Bambanani lead this family-oriented hands-on painting workshop as part of the 'Unlimited Global Alchemy' programme.

During this workshop, Rachel and three visiting South African artists - Nondumiso Hlwele, Bongiwe Mba and Thobani Ncapai - introduce you to the process of body mapping. This is a powerful tool to envision how life experience is stored in your body.

Open to all ages, body mapping offers a creative tool to use your body as a barometer of life's journeys.
