Resident Artists
Southbank Centre is proud to have the following musicians as Artists in Residence for the 2011/12 season.
This season Alsop conducts the London Philharmonic Orchestra on 22 February 2013 as part of The Rest Is Noise, the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment on 8 March 2013 and 26 March 2013.
Young musicians from the London conservatoires take part in public masterclasses with virtuoso percussionist Colin Currie on 18 May 2013.
Soprano Elizabeth Watts performs with the Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy on 24 February 2013.
