Esa-Pekka Salonen opens his third season as Principal Conductor and Artistic Advisor of the Philharmonia Orchestra with a performance of Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde, with Gary Lehman and Violeta Urmana in the title roles, accompanied by stunning film projections by video artist Bill Viola.
