A limited number of press tickets are available for most performances and events at Southbank Centre. Priority for these is always given to those reviewing events for major publications and broadcasts, and are frequently at the discretion of external promoters.
Journalists featuring the Hayward Gallery's exhibitions will receive one complimentary ticket on presentation of their NUJ, AICA or business card at the Hayward Gallery box office. Journalists will be asked to provide their contact information. If preferred, journalists can also prearrange a complimentary ticket for a specific date by contacting the press office.
To request press tickets, please contact Ayla Greenwood on 020 7921 0888 or email ayla.greenwood@southbankcentre.co.uk
No photography or filming is allowed during any performance without prior arrangement between the Promoter, Southbank Centre Press Office and House Manager on duty. No photography at all is allowed during Purcell Room performances, or during classical music, dance or literature events in any venue.
Photography may be allowed during rock, pop and other amplified events, normally during the first three numbers of each act only. All photography / filming is at the House Manager’s discretion. If in agreement, the Promoter (or Southbank Centre Press Office) should agree filming / photography positions with House Management, and must provide a full list of names, which will be notified to House Management, the Event Co-ordinator, Security and Backstage, along with the duration or time of the photography/ filming.
Please contact the appropriate press officer for more information.
To join the mailing list, please contact Ayla Greenwood on 020 7921 0888 or email ayla.greenwood@southbankcentre.co.uk
